Philadelphia Wound Care, LLC is a physician-led mobile wound management practice delivering evidence-based care directly to patients across the full continuum of care—including patients’ homes, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, post-acute and rehabilitation centers, assisted living and long-term care communities, hospice settings, and other residential care environments.
All clinical services are overseen by our Medical Director, John F. Curtis IV, MD, a licensed General Surgeon, ensuring appropriate medical oversight, continuity of care, and adherence to best-practice wound care standards. We work closely with referring physicians, hospital case managers, facility staff, caregivers, and families to provide timely evaluations, clear communication, and coordinated treatment plans.
